Standard Service

• Hourly -
  $89.99 for the first hour. $65 an hour each additional hour.
  • No travel fees for service within coverage area (listed below).
  • Second hour doesn't begin until 15 minutes into that hour.
  • Service calls beginning after 10pm are subject to a $15 premium charge.

Annual Maintenance Service

• Annual Maintenance Service  (Home or Business) -
  $20 Per Computer
  • This is our #1 Value to our customers.  For just $20 per computer we perform general maintenance on your home or business computers. 
  • You choose how often we come, we offer monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly maintenance. 
  • To sign up for the Maintenance Service you must purchase at least 2 months service up front.  You may purchase up to 2 years service in Bulk.

    • All Maintenance Service customers get 50% off our regular rates.  No amount of maintenance can totally stop all future issues.  If something does come up you'll get our regular top class service, at half the regular price!

Local Coverage Area

• PC-T Services coverage area includes all of Palm Beach County.
  
  Some of the major towns we cover include...
  Wellington, West Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach, Jupiter, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Lantana, Lake Worth, and Loxahatchee.
  
  • Generally we cover the entire area from Boca Raton to Jupiter 7 days a week.
  • For Belle Glade and Clewiston service add on $15 premium charge.
  • South of Boca Raton and North of Jupiter add on $15 Premium Charge

Nationwide Service

• PC-T Services can provide nationwide remote computer support.
  
  Got a problem that needs solving.  We can solve many software related issues anywhere in the world.  All you need is an internet connection.  Then simply call us when you are ready and then go about your day.
  
  • $35 an hour for remote computer support
  • High speed internet connection required
  • Service can range from 1-3 hours depending on connection speed, and severity of problem.

 

In Home Service at it's best!

• We'll never charge you traveling fees for service within coverage area.
• All our work is guaranteed for 30 days. 
• We'll never charge you extra for a return visit.
• Perfection is our goal.  But if something goes wrong we are happy to return to your home at no charge.
• Our minimum charge is 1 hour.  We'll never quote you with a 1 hour price but 2 hour minimum!
